  • On Sunday, Sept 16, 2018 my wife and I stopped in at the Taco Bell Restaurant on Airport Hwy in Swanton, Ohio 43558. We frequent this Taco Bell probably 3 or 4 times a month. This day, among other items, I purchased a Bean Burrito. While eating the Burrito I noticed something “:crisp” and thought it may be the edge of a shell. Found out it was a tie-wrap probably from one of the plastic bags. Fortunately I didn’t swallow it – it was a wire wrapped in plastic. I got home and decided to call and inform the Manager, I asked for the Manager and the female said “I’m the Manager”. I explained the situation and her reply was “Really sorry, these things happen once in awhile, I notify my boss”. She never took my name, address or email. Needless to say our trips to Taco Bell have stopped for awhile.

  • Very disappointed, driving home from work and decided to pick up dinner at Taco Bell store #030403 1000 Kennedy Dr Carpentersville IL. The service is horrible if you are going to hire people to work at this location make sure they represent your company. Don’t have people looking like studs from the street and not knowing how to speaking to customers. Make sure they understand the business before you place them to service the customers as well get experience management that know how to run the business. I ordered combo #6 2 chalupa steak supreme with a soft taco and a second combo same but beef, had to repeat myself a couple of time before Britten F got my order. Order placed at 6:09:05 it took two guys to make my order, waiting 45 minutes to get my order. once I received the order guy read it out to me and it was wrong he gave me Chicken Chalupa instead of the Beef. When I told him it was wrong he came out and said “Fuck” I messed up. Manager came up and said we will fix it just keep the chicken chalupa waited another 10 minute it take 5 minutes to get home once I made it home the food was ice cold lettuce and tomatoes tasted like freeze burn nasty. Bad customer service as well need experience management to represent Taco Bell business.

  • name is william mcconnell im trying to reach person in charge of taco bell restraunt in st charles Missouri for a serious complaint and mistake i ate at the taco bell on Zumbehl rd in st charles and asked numerious times no sour cream on my order when got my order no wrappers were marked asked cashier if she could tell me what each item was she told me that couldnt because not marked she did tell me what one item was and told me no sour cream on it i sat down ate one bite and found sour cream im deadly allergic to sour cream spit it out took it to counter and got another one 30 mins after i was in hospital for several hours i went back next day to talk to a mgr and get refund on my whole order of 11.91 and asked how to contact you to have my refund and to pay my hospital bill call me at 253 344 xxxx would like to take care of this matter without me taking further action thank you william mcconnell

    • My complaint is for the Store located 3220 Stockton Hill Rd., Kingman AZ. I made the mistake of going to this location for a 3rd time. I walked in and noticed about 10 people in the whole place. I placed my order at 12:50pm (Peak lunchtime and they always have only 1 person taking orders). Betty took my order and I sat down and waited and waited and waited until 1:05 pm when I went up and asked Betty what was taking so long, she replied “We are short staffed today, sorry.” I sat back down and waited until 1:25pm when my Name was finally called. I went up to get my order and asked for the Manager. After waiting another 5 mins. the Manager came out from back somewhere and said “Can I help you?”. I said, Yes…I would like the name of the store owner, the number for your Corp. office and your name. She replied, ” I can only give you my name, Kimber and the Corp. phone number. I wrote them down on my Reciept and then asked her “Why does it take 30 mins. to get 3 Tacos?”. She replied, ” We are short staffed and I am back doing paperwork.” I said, “Why aren’t you helping your staff get the Customer’s orders out?” She replied, I am sorry Sir, but I have paperwork to do back in my office. ” I Said, ‘Don’t you think as the Manager of this store you should be out here helping your staff get the orders out?”. She replied, Sir, we are short today and that’s why it’s taking so long” (No answer to why she was NOT helping them get the orders out). Thus, I am going to post this complaint everywhere I can on Facebook, the BBB, Yelp, etc. Be warned, do not go to this location unless you are prepared to wait for a very long time for your Food. Like I said, this was the 2nd time in a month this happened to me and I won’t be back!

  • We recently moved to Marion Ohio due to my husband job. I was not thrilled about this move. Our daughter got a job at the Taco Bell located on Mt. Vernon Ave here in Marion. She was never taught how to clock in and out for a shift and a manager explained to her that she won’t get paid for her time. I told my daughter that is illegal and I reminded her i was once a manager at another Taco Bell before and they can go into the computer and fix your time. If they don’t i will be making that call to the better business bureau because momma ain’t playing. Plus they advertise all the time hiring all shifts, but send people home early all the time. Oh and my daughter has been working there now for a month without getting a pay check, she has asked why she hasn’t received one they said because you haven’t worked enough hours. I personally know that’s a load of crap. Why are they doing this? What do you as a corporate headquarters plan on doing about this? I personally would love to get in this establishment and fix it because the general manager you have in there now just doesn’t have a clue I’m afraid. I absolutely feel for the gentleman. The management team needs re-evaluate. I feel a training team needs to be put into place as well. I have over 15 years of manger experience so I know exactly what I am speaking of. I am also serv safe!

  • On June 17th 2018 at 2:27pm I went to Taco Bell At 9802 Two Notch Rd, Columbia SC 29223,After Work To Get My A Snack Before I Headed Home, As I Pulled To The Window I Was Greeted And Then Asked What I Would Like As I Began To Tell My Order I Was Rudely Interrupted And Asked To “ Hold On” And Well I Held On For Approximately 7 Mins Before I Was Allowed To Order. First Of All They Did Have Not One Of The Freezes I Wanted They Explained That They Weren’t Selling Them Because They Where “Watery” So I Settled For Pink Lemonade And I Also Order Two Shredded Mini Quesadillas. I Received My Food And Continued To Drive Off. As I Got To The Next Parking Lot I Took My Food Out The Bag To Eat And Took a Bite Into The Mini Quesadilla And Realized That The Cook Didn’t Toast My Tortilla Like It Normally Comes , It Was Very Doughy And Unpleasant. So At The Point I Turn Around And Went Through The Drive Through And Explained That The Cook Didn’t Cook My Food Properly And I Was Asked To “Show The Quesadilla” Which I Did And The Drive Through Cashier And The Cook Went Back And Forth About If It Was Cook Properly Or Not , The Cashier “Arianna T” As it States On My Receipt Explained That The “ Quesadilla Wasn’t Cooked Properly” And The Cook Argued It Was With An Disgusting Attitude. At This Point He Had Taken The Quesadilla And I Couldn’t See Him Anymore. They Handed My A New Bag With The So Called “Correct Items”. So When I Returned Home I Checked The Food And I Realized That The Quesadilla That I Had Bitten Was In The Bag And Now Cooked Properly, So It Came To My Understanding That He Just Threw The Quesadilla I Bit Back On The Toaster And Gave It Back Which Is Highly Offensive And Disgusting. It’s Very Unsanitary And I Can Just Imagine What Other Unsafe And Disgusting Things That Are Done At This Place, I Just Moved To Columbia SC and That was My First Time Eating At That Taco Bell Location And I Will NEVER!! return. Horrible experience! I Also Preceded To Call And Report This Incident And No Answer I Call Approximately Three Times And No Answer But I Should Had Figured That Coming From This Disgusting PlAce !   • I received counterfeit money tonight at the Taco Bell on Malabar Rd in Palm Bay Fl.. I went back in the store admittedly to show them the money and this guy comes to the counter stating how he’s the salary manager and how I need to get the F%#K out his store, he was so rude yelling and screaming at me like I was a 2yr old.. it took everything in me not to snatch his little short A%# over that counter and put something on him.. I called the police, who came and tested the money and clear as day it was FAKE.. The police confiscated the money for evidence and told me to call corp for a refund of my cash… Can they get away with things like this or what??

The new manager that was just hired there, Crissy, is a meth addict and was fired from the local KFC for the same thing. She is bad news and bad for business. Besides being a drug addict she is rude to customers and she and her husband have a rap sheet a mile long and when in trouble they turn in their “friends” to get themselves out of trouble. I will never support either establishment until they are “cleaned up” of all the trash.

  • This goes out to all of my friends that stop at the Taco Bell in Ashland City: Me and my mom went in there on Friday and ordered 6 hot wings a 5.00 Taco Bell box and a 3 piece chicken dinner that charged me 25.00 for just that in which it should have only been like 11 or 12$. So what it comes down to is I actually paid for someone’s order in the drive thru also because the guy who took my order was ringing it up w on the drive thru register also he was the only one taking orders. I talked to one of the managers down there and they said there was nothing they could do about it. So BEWARE my friends that eat there this could happen to you. And believe me I AM ANGRY!

  • It saddens me to write this message. Today my niece, Tyler Williams had to call out due to not having a babysitter at Taco Bell on South Orlando Drive in Sanford Florida. She was told by her general manager Joe Parker that she could put her baby in the store cooler. I pray that Taco Bell invest in their general manager with training programs that we’ll teach them how to speak correctly to their employees. Taco Bell general manager Joe Parker never forget all lives matter even babies. I’m sure this comment was made due to the National story of Kanika that was found in a hotel cooler in Chicago.   • Very disappointed, I travel a lot , and I always have my dogs with me. I have 2 German Shepard’s that are 9 years old and never been a regressive once in their whole life. I was staying at an rv park down the road from Taco Bell, in okc off of Rockwell. Store number 7024, they were very rude to me over the headset in drive-thru and not only that but you could hear everyone talking about inappropriate things, but I still proceeded to order. Then I go to the window to pay had my back window down 1\3 of the way, the lady asked if I’ve been there before, I said yes, I was there last friday , she asked if I had my dogs and I said yes, then she said HELL NO and slammed the window shut, I waited to see what was going on, she came back 3 minutes later with my money and said I refuse your service. The people in front of me had a dog and they didn’t deny them! So with that being said I will boycot tacobell out for life. This corporation needs to hire people that aren’t so rude. DONE!!

Cars build up behind me and cannot back out at 9:15… Still waiting with no way to exit out of the ridiculous line and the only excuse is that ” we are short staffed”. HELLO!     Extremely disappointed. The double chalupas did not look anything like the picture in the advertisement (half the size of what the picture showed) and the tacos were 99% lettuce. Where’s the meat? This was certainly not what you have advertised and by no means a good deal.

    Sorry ….. this is not a big box meal and did not meet my expectations of Taco Bell.

  • I complained about the KFC/Taco Bell in ardmore tn I tried it again went to drive thru no car other then the one they parked and no customers in store. They were all outside. I went to place my order and was told I’ll b right with u I ask what can you be doing no one in line and was told I’ll b right with you so I said to hell with it and went to Burger King. Customer service at KFC/Taco Bell sucks I purpose a boycott on KFC/Taco Bell until corporate office realizes that the customer pays there bills and need to be waited on in an order fashion so people fix the dam problem or just close the doors if u don’t care anymore about customer service there will be another Popeyes has chicken as well I think some one need to take the time to retrain or to look into getting the manger off his or her ass and make them do their jobs I have complained about this place so much all the employees know my truck when I pull in boycott. This place sucks boycott no one eat at KFC/Taco Bell for a week and then corporate office will look into the problem then boycott.   • Well I went to taco bell at about 10:55 pm .it was a simple order 3 tacos cheese nachos and 6 piece chicken chips ,paid at drive thru and was asked to wait in front of doors , ok I replied,so as I was going I noticed 3 cars waiting too ,so time passes but I suddenly notice that everyone in back of me that ordered and are waiting for they’re food are getting their order so after 25 min of waiting, which was ridiculous, I called the manager because doors are locked after 10:30pm ,I was so upset and couldn’t believe wat he told me !I said sir I’ve been waiting for 25 min and have not gotten my order and everyone behind me has received theirs!he said I’m sorry wasn’t aware that your order hadn’t been delivered,but he said I can start on it and take it out and I won’t charge you but you’ll have to come tomorrow or the next time and let them know that you waited long , so you get a free meal !are you kidding me! first of all I’ve waited 25 min !wat makes me believe that I’m not waiting another 25 min because they were making everyone pull around and I mean every single vehicle which was crazy!2nd of all , what ever happened to a written or free coupon for your food ,no I was supposed to verbally say wat had happened and whoever was there the next day or as he put it whenever I come back I was suppose to let them know wat had happened and they were going to believe me !seriously !!!   • I was at the taco bell at 10255 Washington Highway Ashland Va 23005 and i was so very displeased at one of the worker his name tag read Dareion, not sure how to spell it correctly. He put down one of the other workers, think her name tag said bianca well he put her down so bad that she had to go to the ladys room and cry and a customer went to go see if she was ok.This is not ok in front of paying customers. A man degrading woman in the public work place it is unacceptable and if he is not fired at this restaurant I will not be going to this taco bell anymore and I will place this on facebook, Instagram,youtube, etc and I know people that love taco bell alot so help make this happen for your paying customers and all the young women that work in this work establishment.   • My daughter works as an asm for a franchise taco bell. The employees are not treated well from that level up. There is no sick time but they are expected to work 45 hours a week or they dock their pay. My daughter had a tooth pulled recently and they expected her to go right back to work even though she had a dr. note and did not pay her for the day off. There are weeks she may work 50 hours or more if the staff calls off but is not paid overtime just her straight salary but doesn’t get paid for sick days. This company treats their managers terribly and I’m helping my daughter find a job in an atmosphere that cares about their employees.

  • So I get off work tonight and decided I was going to stop by taco bell before going home. The girl gives me my drink and I put the straw in and try to drink it but it was like my straw was broken, couldn’t get any out of it. So I just don’t worry about it but when I got home it was way more than a broken straw. I was going to just pour the drink into another cup and as I go to pour it this is what I see floating in my drink… it’s some sort of plastic. How the girl that made my drink didn’t see this large piece of plastic, I don’t know but I’m highly disgusted!! I will not be going back there, ever! It will not let me post a picture with this but I will be posting it all over Facebook and will be contacting someone! What if I would have swallowed a piece of this? Or better yet what if it was in my daughters drink and she swallowed it? This is just inexcusable.

  • I just visited one of your Taco Bell restaurants, and let me express that I am EXTREMELY FURIOUS about what I saw when I walked in. The kitchen “where they prepare our food looked like a 2year old went wild in it (I HAVE PICS AS WELL). A girl came to take my order & I said I DO NOT WANT TO EAT HERE…she said ok and walked in the lobby. I’m thinking she’s going to wipe a Lobby Table when the kitchen looks played over(THE FIRST THING YOUR CUSTOMERS SEE). Sad thing is I’m pregnant & always craving tacos & they are right around the corner from my house & I can only imagine the lack of hygiene. I usually go to the drive thru but I guess it was meant for me to see how fealty they are so I can stop eating there. This location is on Russell Parkway in Warner Robins, GA. There was not a place for me to post the pic of the kitchen on here but I will on social media along with the address to the location. Sad thing is the company will get upset with me for posting the picture when there is no reason I should’ve been able to capture such nastiness in the first place.

  • The military and civilians working shift work here at Fort Gordon often send one of our uniformed air force, army, or navy personnel out with a list of orders and a stack of credit cards on what we call “food runs.” On multiple occasions, two of the Taco Bells in town have refused service to our group. They are located at 415 S Belair Rd and 3861 Washington Rd, Martinez, GA 30907. I assume they aren’t reporting this disservice to corporate, so I thought I’d give you a heads up before someone puts it on social media.

  • We have a 31/2 year old who is now saying ‘HELL’ FROM YOUR Commercial What were you thinking.We do not use such language in our home.
    We will not be going back to ANY TACO BELL and we like your food but no more and will be talking to other families about a boycott till you have the word taken out of your Advertisement

  • I am from Toronto and don’t go to Taco Bell. I wrote an email to say the 1955 Ford Convertible has the shifter handle in the wrong position for a car of that type to drive into a restaurant.The position shown in the windshield would indicate the car is in PARK and could not drive but, let in the commercial it is driving.
    Somehow I found the complaints that Taco Bell customers send to your headquarters..I laughed my head off hysterically…someone should make a documentary of the comments. I woke my wife from her sleep as I was laughing so loud at the comments.
    Once I read these and saw that non of the corporate principals had email addresses I realized that my comment re the shifter lever on the car would go no where as there were many comments on service,lack of inventory that should be addressed and they obviously were not being corrected…May I suggest that if anyone does read this comment,Taco Bell should read the book..SERVICING AMERICA..it should be mandatory for your managers as well. Simple but,I think you would see many customers come back and your profits increase.
    The USA is lucky that you have so many people to target (350 million)..in Canada we have only 35 million so if a company were to act like Taco Bell in Canada they would be out of business very quickly.

    I am amazed that your store managers would be so rude to customers and also amazed that so many of your customers come back for more of the rude and bad service.
    This sent in good faith from a Canadian consumer..just tired of seeing that gear shift handle in the wrong position.
    I will seek a Taco Bell in Canada and see if the service and customer commitment is different then in the USA.

  • My daughter recently stopped working at Taco Bell in Circleville Ohio off of start 23. She was harassed by manager who would tell her she was not visiting her dying aunt of cancer/kidney failure, she just wanted a day off in a week end she also stalked her FB page and would question her about her post ! My daughter is only 16 she was working 35/40 hrs a week after 9pm which is illegal! Plus going to school. She is nasty can’t keep employes cause of her. Owner needs to check up see what her problem is which I’m sure she has a lot off issues considering she was telling my daughter she had a aunt that was dying!

  • I’ve worked at Tacobell for year and an half ,I was an hard worker, always did my job and did extra work for my co-workers who had slacked off. Recently I left because of personal reason of being pregnant, i was having some issues due because of work. My General manager bribed me multiple ways to stay when I’ve told I could not, after i left I told her I’d be back on a day i could yet she never did put me on the schedule. I worked one day out of that week, i found out she had put me as terminated. No matter what i was always somehow passed over and I was one of the people that worked hard even with back pain, and some issues that would have caused a miscarriage .

  • I am a current employer at the Taco Bell in Charleston SC. My manager put me on 1 week suspension & told me to come back on Thursday March 2nd. When I arrived to work a different manager told me that I am to serve another week suspension? They did not give me an explanation as to why I’m on a second suspension only saying that they heard that I have found another job! Their actions was not very business like and was not very clear on the second suspension!

  • Camden, AR Taco Bell….Why do us customers get encouraged to do the survey on tellthebell.com if no one takes the actions necessary to correct any if the issues. FYI, a chessy gordita crunch without the white sauce is just a cheesy taco with extra dough. The white sauce gives the gordita it’s special taste. The lunch crew here has improved but the evening crew keeps getting worse and worse. The food is never correct nor fresh after 2pm. This is just 1 of many complaints I’ve made about the store and I am a VERY loyal customer who goes to this store atleast 4 days a week. The employees know me by name. Please take corrective actions so that I may continue to enjoy purchases or they will definitely lose my business as well as my 5 co workers that join me.

  • Taco Bell at corner of Jamboree and Chapman, if you request a Supreme Burrito you are absolutely not going to get one in the drive thru. Happened to me twice, and if you call in to speak to the Manager he ignores you and doesn’t come to the phone, very very unprofessional. Funny how they take your money but give you slop.

  • It was horrible I went to Taco Bell on Elvis Presley in Whitehaven it was after 7am and no one came to the window there were people there because they were emptying the garbage the customer service was horrible if the customers did not come to there restaurant they will not have jobs they need to get better staff or close down!!! This was not the 1st time either but it will be my last because I will NEVER go there again!!

  • Last night I saw your ad for the new chicken chalupa. Today my wife stopped by the local TB to get lunch. I only wanted the new chalupa. My mistake.
    Two reasons:
    1. The ad gives appearance that the chalupa is at least as big as the regular chalupa. It isn’t. But, I can deal with that.
    2. There is nothing in the tv add that indicates a lot of spices. (I know it’s mexican food or at least american mexican food). I took first and very last bite of the chicken chalupa. I thought that the inside of my mouth had caught on fire. I had to eat a piece of bread to calm the heat down.

  • I live in Smyrna ga the taco bell on s south cobb drive is suppose to be a taco bell pizza hut store. But apparently every time you order a pizza oh our oven is down. They just recently remodeled it. Yall should take down the pizza hut sign off of your building. Because apparently the oven is always down. Should have taken that remodeling money and bought a new oven. Either that our hire some people that want to do the job of making the pizzas.

  • My husband and I were watching TV today Sunday. We observed aprox. 20 Taco Bell breakfast commercials and the jingle is certainly not what I want my 5 yr. old granddaughter going to pre-school singing. I am very concerned with what our young children are being taught and commercials are very catchy to young ears. I’m very displeased and will be talking to my neighbors and others about your choice of lyrics.

  • I was recently watching a Recent Taco Bell “Chicken” Chalupa Commercial when the Man (backward) tosses his discarded napkin. The napkin happens to land on top of the Stroller as the Black Woman walks by, when the Trash Can is clearly in plain sight! Really.

  • Your new breakfast commercial is just wrong! I will never go to Taco Bell again. Using bad language in a commercial is not child appropriate. I have no idea who in your company thought that was ok, it’s not! You should really rethink that commercial.

I am offended by your new commercial “if your morning was hell…” Do our children and grandchildren need to hear curse words spoken as normal conversation on the radio and television in the context of everyday advertisements as well? I for one think its mannerless and repulsive. I hope more people express their displeasure.

  • Taco bell north in Roswell NM always messes up on orders in their drive thru, they ask if orders correct on screen but they don’t follow orders on the screen apparantly.

  • Well, needless to say I had a less than satisfactory experience at Taco Bell on Monday, 01/30/2017 at 7PM. I went to the location on 1701 E Fowler Ave, Tampa, FL 33612 with my husband and decided to order food. While at the drive thru, I encountered a nasty employee by the name of Carla H. My husband ordered two chicken quesadillas, one with light sauce. Carla made a comment into the speaker that my husband did not hear, so he politely repeated one quesadilla should have light sauce. Without missing a beat, Carla yelled into the speaker, “I SAID LIGHT…..CREAMY……JA-LA-PE-NO!!!” She said this as if my husband was slow and she had to break it down extra for him. Once we got to the window, I asked for a manager immediately. I was greeted by a girl with dreads and gold teeth, who looked dumbfounded from the get go. I explained to her what happened and I asked for the number to the corporate office. She advised me that I would have to contact the store to speak with someone else named Carla on Wednesday because they are a franchisee. Not to mention, when Carla came back to the window, she continued to be condescending. Also, my husband and I ended up getting sick from the food, which led me to believe something had been done to it since we spoke with the manager before we got our food. I contacted the store today, 02/01/2017 at 2:30PM and spoke with a manager named Markesha. I told her I was told to ask for Carla when I contacted the store so she could file my complaint. Markesha advised me that there was no manager at the store named Carla, only the rude employee that took our order previously. Markesha was very sympathetic to my complaint and provided me the phone number to the complaint line and told me she would pass my information along to the higher ups because me and my husband ended up getting sick from the food. I am extremely frustrated with this store because I have never encountered such rude service and then on top of everything else, my husband and I mysteriously get sick. I am definitely going to make sure that I leave a review everywhere I can and I will also contact the corporate office myself to make sure something is done to this store. I need whoever trains these employees to teach them favorable customer service.

  • In reference reference to the store in San Bernardino, I am a senior of age. I was told by the cashier that I couldn’t use my senior discount more than once in a single visit. I asked her if she could show me this in writing to confirm this. She refused to show me any proof. Could you please settle this issue for me as I enjoy eating at Taco Bell. Thank you

  • This complaint concerns recent ad on tv for Taco Bell – which says something about having a “hell of a day.” We do not use such language in our family, nor do any of our friends. I am extremely upset that children can be exposed to such coarse language in our home, any time of day. There is no reason for this language in any advertising. Until your commercials are cleaned up, we will no longer patronize any of your many establishments. You don’t want swear words in my complaint, but you don’t seem to mind using them in front of my children!

  • Ive had several issues with Taco Bell in Fowlerville Michigan and they have either not put meat in tacos or there missing or they are smashed all up and this time I was refused service told if I didn’t like it to go somewhere else after hour of being told to wait. It’s outrageous that they are allowed to treat customers the way they do at this location. There were several other customers that were very upset also and even asked the employees if they were going to help after these orders. Bruce is extremely rude and told me if I didn’t leave his store he was calling by the cops.

  • Every time we go to Taco Bell, they never get our order right! If we don’t get all of our order then it’s smashed up. Tonight we went threw drive threw and when we got home one of our double stacks had very little meat, only 3 little pieces if that. We are almost done eating there. One night they told us they didn’t have anymore beans and the next day we went back to talk to a different manager and she said “we had more beans and they only take about five minutes to make so obviously the night shift from lastnight was just lazy.”

  • I love Taco Bell. I realize they are not perfect, but come on, you can get a burrito for 1$. That is ONE dollar! Easily my favorite fast food chain.
